Honey-Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated ready to use pie crust
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. quick cook oats
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. unsalted raw sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. dried apricots, diced
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
    In medium bowl combine eggs, oats, honey, raisins, brown sugar, sunflower seeds, coconut, butter, apricots and cinnamon.
    Pour mixture into pie crust.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
