Hamburg And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 stalks celery
    1 small onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry ground beef until brown (drain grease).
    Fry celery and onion in oleo until tender.
    Mix the celery and onion; ground beef; soups; rice and water together in a large baking bowl.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
