Saltine Cracker Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
10 soda crackers, crushed
Preparation

Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff.
Add sugar. Fold in crushed soda crackers.
Pour mixture into a buttered GLASS pie pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes (crust will puff up).
Let cool completely.
