Mike'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion
    3 to 5 lb. hamburger
    1 (40 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 large bottle Brook catsup
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In large pot, saute onions in butter.
    Add paprika.
    When clear, add mushrooms.
    Cook until tender, remove to bowl.
    Brown meat; don't drain.
    When browned, add onions and mushroom mix. Add beans, don't drain juice.
    Add spices, catsup and water. Cook, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Remove from heat.
    Let set for 30 minutes and enjoy.
    Better the 2nd day.
