Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch or a little more
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook, stirring constantly.
    Pour into deep dish pie crust. Beat meringue and put on top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until brown.
