Gazpacho Pape' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, diced without seeds
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1/2 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. parsley, basil and celery seed
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    white pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Put half of each finely diced vegetable in serving bowl. Blend remaining 1/2 chopped vegetables with tomatoes and spices in blender.
    Pour mixture over vegetables and serve chilled.
