Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. New York sharp Cheddar
1 lb. Blue cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
garlic to taste
Worcestershire to taste
hot sauce to taste
Preparation
-
Cream ingredients together.
Divide into balls (chill before dividing).
Roll in crushed pecans.
Wrap tightly in foil or Saran Wrap to store.
Freezes well.
