Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk or 2 c. milk plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Crumble first six ingredients like pie crust.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in well-greased cast-iron frying pan.
    Make four cuts in batter.
    Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0 and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
