Sunkist Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
butter (size of egg)
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 lemon
Preparation

Beat the egg yolks real good.
Gradually add sugar, beating to keep from curdling.
Put in cornstarch, salt, butter and hot water.
Cook until thick, stirring all the time. Grate the lemon and squeeze the juice.
Add the rind and lemon juice to the mixture.
Put into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue made with the 3 egg whites and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Bake at 300\u00b0.
