Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head firm cabbage
    1 medium onion
    1 dill pickle
    1 carrot
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 8 Tbsp. mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's or Kraft)
Preparation
    Chop cabbage medium fine.
    Grate carrot, dill pickle and onion.
    (I do all day before.)
    Mix all together.
    Cover; allow to marinate.
    Keep well covered in refrigerator.
    Will keep for weeks.
