Creamy Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and flattened
4 slices of Swiss cheese (low-fat if desired)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (or cr. of chicken)
1/2 c. white wine or water
1 1/2 c. crushed stuffing mix
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Place chicken breast in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Top with slices of cheese.
Mix wine and soup together and spread over cheese. Top with crushed stuffing.
Drizzle melted butter over top.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
Makes 4 servings.
