Sweet And Sour Meatballs(Good Hot Or Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Shape the ground beef into small meatballs.
    Saute or broil until browned.
    Mix 1/2 cup water, sugar, salt, vinegar and green pepper in a saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Combine the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon cold water; add it to the hot mixture. Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Cool.
    Add paprika.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
    Add the meatballs; stir to coat.
    This can be refrigerated for several days.
    Serve hot or cold.
