Baked Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. uncooked white rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large casserole or pan.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold with cinnamon sugar.
    Pudding may appear thin but it thickens as it cools.
