Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
7 to 9 potatoes (not peeled), cut in large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil

Preparation

In large bowl, mix all three.
Stir around until all potatoes are coated.
Bake in cake pan (10 x 12-inch) at 450\u00b0 for
40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Keep uncovered.
