Mazette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped (leaves included)
    8 oz. noodles (fine)
    1 (6 oz.) mushrooms (and liquid)
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic or powder
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet. Add celery, onions, garlic or powder with 1 tablespoon water. Cover and steam until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Cook noodles according to directions. Add to beef mixture. Add tomato soup and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread in 3-quart casserole or 2 (1 1/2-quart) casseroles. Top with cheese. This can be refrigerated or frozen. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, 1/2 hour or so.
    If frozen, put in cold oven at 250\u00b0 until hot through.
