Banana Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped dried apricots
    3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add apricots.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until well blended.
    Turn into a 9 x 5-inch glass loaf pan that has been greased and lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack.
