Low-Fat Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
4 chicken breasts, halved
1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Spray cookie sheet lightly with vegetable cooking spray.
Combine buttermilk and hot pepper sauce in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Remove skin and fat from chicken; discard.
Rinse chicken under cold water; pat dry.
Place in buttermilk mixture, turning to coat.
Set aside.
