Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 c. crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken; mix salt, pepper and paprika with the cracker crumbs.
    Dip each piece of chicken into buttermilk; then roll in crumb mixture.
    Fry in hot oil until done.
    Drain onto paper towel to absorb excess oil.
