Top Of Stove Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked pork, ham, fatback or any other type seasoned meat
    2 c. fresh string beans, uncooked
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    6 small (1 1/2 inch) ears corn placed on top
    salt and pepper to taste
    water enough to keep from sticking
Preparation
    In a tightly closed roasting bag big enough for your roast, marinate in Allegro overnight, turning bag before bedtime.
    Put in cold oven and heat oven to 500\u00b0 to 550\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Turn the oven off, but do not open oven door or the bag for one hour.
