Shrimp Neptune - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. green spinach noodles
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    3 tsp. cooking sherry
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    In a skillet, saute shrimp in margarine for 5 minutes or until pink. Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, chives and sherry.
    Mix until well blended.
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, make layers, beginning with noodles, then shrimp and crab. Next, layer sauce mixture.
    Spread over seafood.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
