Ginger Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger root, coarsely cut
    2 Tbsp. onion, coarsely cut
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/4-inch slice lemon
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 sprigs parsley
Preparation
    Blend.
    Store in refrigerator up to one week.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
