Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Flour meat.
    Put oil in Dutch oven, heat, then add meat to brown. Arrange onion slices between layers of meat.
    Add water and Worcestershire sauce; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
