Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together like pie crust, then add 1 beaten egg to moisten. Sprinkle mixture on top of 4 to 6 peeled and sliced apples in a buttered pan.
Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
May turn upside down.
