Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch pieces
    4 to 6 carrots, cut in diagonal 1-inch slices
    6 small onions, quartered
    1/2 c. celery chunks
    4 medium potatoes
    12 or more fresh mushrooms
    2 beef bouillon cubes (drop in whole)
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    3 grinds fresh pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Layer the first 9 ingredients in roasting pan in order listed. Mix soup, wine and flour with a whisk until smooth.
    Pour mixture over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and bake stew at 275\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
