Crunchy Oven-Fried Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder or other lean fish fillets
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. corn chips, finely crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine/butter, melted
Preparation
    Move oven rack to position slightly above the middle of oven. Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces; pat dry.
    Mix sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder.
    Dip fish into sour cream mixture; coat with chips.
    Place in baking dish. Drizzle butter/margarine over fish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Makes 4 servings (195 calories/serving).
