Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, pared and sliced
    1 small can frozen unsweetened apple juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 double pie crust
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Layer apple slices in pie shell.
    Mix together apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch in small saucepan.
    Cook over low heat until thickened.
    Pour over apples and place 2nd crust on top.
    Butter lightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, until golden brown.
