Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 oz. red flood coloring
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, Wesson oil, red food coloring, vanilla and vinegar together.
    Mix salt, baking soda, cocoa in flour, then add to mixture.
    Add buttermilk.
    Pour into greased cake pans (3). Bake on 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until done.
