Brownie Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans
1 (8-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat. Pour into medium size bowl and cool.
Add egg, sugar and corn syrup.
Beat with rotary blender until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 on lower shelf for 40 minutes.
Cool thoroughly before serving.
