Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in butter or margarine.
    Place in baking dish.
    Heat soup, thyme and water and mix well.
    When blended, mix in sour cream, parsley flakes and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour mixture over pork chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in covered pan one hour.
    Remove cover 5 minutes before serving, sprinkle on rest of onions and return to oven.
