Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup cold water.
Boil 3/4 cup water.
Add sugar, cornstarch mix and 1/2 package strawberry Jell-O.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Let cool.
Pour over sliced strawberries in baked pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
