Oreo Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Oreo cookies
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 tsp. melted butter
    crushed peppermint candy
Preparation
    Line muffin tin with baking cups.
    Twist Oreo cookies apart, place frosting side up in cup.
    Crush unfrosted side and save. Mix next 4 ingredients and fill cups.
    Sprinkle unfrosted pieces over filling.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Melt next 2 ingredients and drizzle over tops (pour into baggie and snip a corner off).
    Sprinkle peppermint candy over drizzled chocolate. Refrigerate.
