Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt in saucepan and heat until it bubbles.
    Simmer 5 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat; add baking soda until foamy, then add the popped popcorn.
    Mix until the popped corn is coated, then divide into two 9 x 13-inch pans and bake for 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
