Holiday Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar slowly and beat until thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar and eggs.
    Beat in butter, vanilla, lemon rind and coconut.
