Peanut Butter Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. old fashioned rolled oats (uncooked)
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
Preparation
    Combine oats, sesame seed and wheat germ in a large bowl. Beat together oil, honey and peanut butter.
    Add to oat mixture, blending well.
    Spread over bottom of greased jelly roll pan. Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen, but cool in pan.
    Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
    Serve with milk.
    Makes about 5 cups.
