1 3/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
3/4 lb. browned ground beef, drained
1 chopped small onion
1 c. salsa
8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation

Bake 10 more minutes or until bubbly.
Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc.
Serves 4 to 6 main dishes, 12 or more appetizer servings.
