Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (23 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. coarsely chopped zucchini, unpared
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain excess fat.
    Stir in tomatoes, salt, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
    Simmer about 20 minutes.
    Add zucchini and simmer 10 more minutes or until zucchini is tender.
    (I use fresh broccoli as a substitute for zucchini.)
