Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 stick low-fat butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter at low heat, cool.
    Beat egg, add sugar and flour; mix well.
    Pour chocolate into sugar, vanilla and salt; stir until blended.
    Flour and oil 8-inch square pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 17 minutes.
    Will be undercooked.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares and powder with confectioners sugar.
