Crepes Suzette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. wheat flour
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cold milk
Preparation
    First of all, make plain French pancakes like this:
    sift flour in a bowl and break into this the eggs.
    Add melted butter and salt; mix it well.
    Pour in cold milk very gradually, mixing constantly for about 5 minutes.
    Gently butter a frying pan and put it on the range; when it is hot, pour in batter to make 5-inch cake and after 2 minutes of cooking, turn it over and bake it on the other side, also, for 2 minutes.
    Place the pancakes (you should have about a dozen) on a hot plate and cover them up and prepare your Crepes Suzette Sauce.
