Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    4 medium tomatoes, cut into 3/4-inch slices
    1 medium onion, sliced
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine
    vegetable
    oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard in a small mixing bowl, stirring well.
    Place tomatoes in a
    medium
    bowl;
    add
    marinade.
    Top with onion slices and parsley.
    Cover
    bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    Yields about 6 to 8 servings.
