Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 qt. raw potatoes, sliced very thin (about 6 medium potatoes)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread about 1/3 of the potatoes in loose, overlapping fashion in a greased baking dish, about 2 1/2-quart capacity.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of the flour, salt and pepper.
    Dot with tablespoon of butter or margarine, cut in small bits.
    Repeat with another layer of potatoes, flour, salt, pepper and butter or margarine.
    Cover with remaining potatoes and dot with remaining butter or margarine. Pour milk over top.
