San Francisco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-roni
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    12 stuffed green olives, chopped (16 salad size)
    1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped
    1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1/3 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice and cool.
    Add all the chopped ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Save a small amount of the marinade and mix with mayonnaise. Pour over rice mix and stir well.
    Chill and serve.
    Looks great served with a leaf of lettuce on a salad plate.
