Sunday Supper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 medium chopped onion
1 (6 to 7 oz.) seasoned stuffing mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Saute onion in melted oleo about 3 minutes. Add soup and milk.
Heat.
Sprinkle half of the dry stuffing mix into baking dish.
Top with broccoli, then with chicken.
Pour liquid over, then top with remaining dry mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
