Pecan-Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. flour
    several dashes cayenne pepper
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese together until well blended.
    Add flour and pepper; mix thoroughly.
    Add chopped pecans.
    Shape into rolls, refrigerate 1 hour and cut 1/4-inch thick.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not brown.
