Family Style Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced (round)
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 jar pimento, drained
1 to 1 1/2 c. cheese, sharp or mild
paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender; drain.
Saute onions in butter until golden.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix onions and half of pimento with potatoes.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle with remaining pimento, cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
Serves 6.
