Peach And Banana Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 to 2 medium ripe peaches, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch chunks to make 1 c.
    sugar to taste
    1/2 banana
Preparation
    Pour milk into an ice cube tray; freeze.
    Chill fruit well or freeze.
    Shortly before serving, remove milk and peaches from freezer, if frozen.
    Let stand about 5 minutes at room temperature.
    Remove milk cubes from tray; cut them into small chunks if cubes are large.
