Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 well beaten egg
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. yogurt
    1 Tbsp. freshly grated lemon or orange peel
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (your choice)
    1 or 2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut the margarine in with a pastry blender. Mix together egg, orange juice, yogurt and lemon peel and add to flour mixture. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
    Bake in greased loaf pans for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
