Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening, softened
3/4 c. 10x sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream shortening and 10x sugar.
Blend in 1 1/2 cups flour.
Press evenly in bottom of ungreased baking pan (12 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
