Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean round steak or other tender steak
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 lb. mushrooms, cut into quarters
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste (optional)
    1 c. beef stock broth or consomme
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    garnish with minced parsley
Preparation
    Slice beef into 1/8-inch strips, lengthwise.
    Butcher can do this.
    Heat butter in a large frying pan and cook onions and garlic, stirring constantly, until golden. Add mushrooms and saute until golden. Remove onions, garlic and mushrooms to a small bowl.
