Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1/2 can coconut
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and water; mix well.
    Bake in 2 layers in 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 28 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
