Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes
1 qt. plus 1 pt. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
4 to 5 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Wash and bake ungreased potatoes in a 450\u00b0
oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove and cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out insides with a spoon.
Make sure to leave a wall of skin and potato to leave a substantial hollow bowl.
